• E-mail us to check on availability (we try to update our site as often as possible, but it has to be 'first-come, first-served'… We open e-mail orders in date and time order).
• We only accept payment in pounds sterling.
• We only accept payment by cheque, postal order, or credit card via Paypal:

  • To use Paypal, please direct your payment to books@dracabooks.co.uk
  • We will dispatch as soon as possible after we receive your payment.
• We usually charge postage and packing at the following rates
  • Within the UK:
    • £2.75 per book
    • If you would like a more precise cost for a particular book, please e-mail us. We reserve the right to charge more for particularly heavy books.
  • Please e-mail us for shipping charges to locations outside the UK.
  • We use first class mail within the UK in most circumstances, but for special or expensive items, we would recommend insurance. Please e-mail us for rates.
• If you are not entirely satisfied with any of the books you receive from us, simply return them within 7 days of receipt, and we will give you a full refund (excluding postage costs, unless we are entirely at fault).
• We do not knowingly accept orders from children without the consent of their parents/guardians.

All of our descriptions of our stock are made in good faith and we believe they are accurate and reliable. As some of our stock is second-hand, book condition should be regarded in that light. Please email us if you would like to see scanned images of what you are interested in buying. We accept no liability for a book's condition unless you are able to show that our description was wholly inaccurate.

If a book is damaged in transit, we will of course refund what you paid for it, if you send it back to us as you received it. You can usually reclaim the cost of postage for a damaged item from the Post Office, provided that you ask for a receipt when you post it back to us. Please get in touch if you are uncertain about the process.
